I wanted to send a "sarcastic" thank you to those in my church who voted for Obama. He has not taken office and there is very clear signals of his new policies.
Read this article and weep for the unborn babies that will be killed because you voted for "change".

The restrictions were first ordered by President Reagan and the first President Bush followed suit. President Clinton lifted them soon after he occupied the Oval Office and it wouldn't be surprising if Obama did the same.
Bush used his executive power to limit federal spending on embryonic stem cell research, a position championed by opponents of abortion rights who argue that destroying embryos is akin to killing a fetus. Obama has supported the research in an effort to find cures for diseases such as Alzheimer's.

The dems love bad science. There is no proof that stem cells will heal anything. It's just a lot of promises. They cling to these bad sciences in an attempt to gain power not caring what cost there is to the nation.
What makes me crazy is that they continue to push for government funding for the projects. Private companies are able to research stem cells but they should not be using tax dollars to do it. I guess when we privatize the health care industry, we will not need to worry about it as our new chairman will make sure all health care research is tax payer funded.
